1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@petsbuddy.store. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
2.2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items

We will not issue a full refund to you if you have provided us an insufficient Shipping Information after Checkout, so please double check before placing an order. We are unable to cancel orders after 12 hours of placing an order, we are currently making sure all orders are processed right away so please double check everything before placing an order.
